CHOCOLATE COULANT
My favorite dessert is the coulant of chocolate and for that I will explain how it's done.
Is it a very easy recipe to make.
The preparation time is about 10 minutes and cooking time it's another 10 minutes.
This recipie is for 4 to 8 people.
Ingredients:
- 100g Heavy Chocolate Nestlé Desserts
- 8 ounces intense Chocolate Nestlé Desserts (for coulant interior)
- 3 Eggs
- 80g of sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
Elaboration:
1- Preheat oven to 260 ° C.
2- Heat 100g of chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water and butter for 1min 30s to 500W.
3- Bake the eggs with the sugar and add the flour. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
4- Spread some individual molds with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
5- Pour the mixture in the molds by filling them up to 1/3. Place one ounce of chocolate in each mold and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
6- Place the molds in the oven for about 7-8 minutes and serve immediately.
Culinary tips:
Serve it with a ball ice cream or half-eaten cream.
